Thessaloniki’s Agora presents its Works in Progress line-up
- Twelve films in post-production will be screened during Thessaloniki’s industry section, and all but one will be competing for the Eurimages Lab Project Award

Twelve films that are currently in post-production and hail from South-Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean will be screened at the Agora’s Works in Progress section on 8 November. The closed session, which is an integral part of Thessaloniki’s Agora (3-10 November), will offer the participating films the chance to be presented for the first time to sales agents, distributors, producers and festival representatives. Also, 11 of the selected films will be in with the chance of winning one of the Agora Works in Progress post-production awards, the value of which amounts to a total of €130,000. The main prize, the Eurimages Lab Project Award, comes with €50,000, while Greek post-production outfit Graal provides in-kind services, and music company MuSou a music and sound award.
The winners will be selected by the international jury, comprising Lorenzo Esposito, film programmer at Cinéma du Réel; Valeska Neu, sales agent at Films Boutique; Tamara Tatishvili, the Eurimages representative in Georgia; and Greek director Sofia Exarchou.
