Produced by Stéphanie Bermann and Alexis Dulguérian for Domino Films, The Bare Necessity has been pre-purchased by Canal+ and Ciné+. The feature, which has also received backing from the Grand Est region and the Cinémage Sofica, was filmed entirely in the Vosges department from 24 September-31 October, with Alexis Kavyrchine (Memoir of War [+see also:
