“The Landscape and the Fury uncovers the hidden brutality of EU border policies that lurks within the historically and politically charged landscape. It exposes the juxtaposition of pain and nature’s tranquil facade, blending the present struggles with echoes of the past. Through perseverance and intimate observation, we capture the floating truth of human resilience and suffering, challenging political narratives and amplifying voices long ignored. scheda film] (2018), was awarded the Special Jury Prize in the Cineasti del presente competition at Locarno, and later screened around the globe.

The Landscape and the Fury was produced by Switzerland’s Beauvoir Films, and co-produced by SRF Schweizer Radio und Fernsehen. Taskovski Films is in charge of its world sales.
