Set to unfold across seven episodes, the series is produced by Lorenzo Mieli on behalf of The Apartment (part of the Fremantle group) and by Matteo Rovere for Groenlandia (of the Banijay group). The show will drop in 190 countries in 2023.

The story is loosely based on the life of Rocco Siffredi and his direct testimonies, revolving around unseen aspects of the pornstar and recounting a profound tale which explores his life from childhood onwards: his family, his origins, his relationship with love, and the starting point and context which caused him to take the path of pornography.
