by Brazilian director Carolina Markowicz has been crowned Best Film in the Progressive Cinema competition of the 18th Rome Film Fest, courtesy of an international jury presided over by Mexican actor, director and producer Gael Garcia Bernal. Further composed of British director Sarah Gavron, Finnish director, screenwriter and poet Mikko Myllylahti, French actor and director Melvil Poupaud and Italian actress and director Jasmine Trinca, the jury awarded its Grand Prize to Blaga’s Lessons [+lire aussi :
