Three Hungarian directors are well-placed among the contenders for selection at the 63rd Cannes Film Festival (May 12-23, 2010).

film profile], Kocsis is set to continue her Cannes career with this film produced by Ferenc Pusztai (Producer on the Move 2007) for Hungarian company KMH Film, in co-production with France’s Cinéma Defacto, Austria’s Freibeuter Film and Holland’s Isabella Films.

Co-produced by Hungary (T.T.Filmmuhely), Switzerland (Vega Film Production), Germany (Zero Fiction Film) and France (Movie Partners In Motion Film), The Turin Horse thus has every chance of a première on the Croisette, where Tarr was selected in competition in 2007 with his previous work The Man from London [+see also:
