synopsis

Sharon has a recurring dream of an abandoned town, Silent Hill. In an attempt to understand her daughter's strange obsession, her mother Rose decides to visit the town with her. When they enter this bizarre universe, Sharon disappears. Rose starts to search for her, but quickly realises the eerieness of this strange place. In a world populated by strange creatures, haunted by the living darkness that descends and literally transforms everything it touches, frightening secrets are in store for mother and daughter...
