Emilie Georges and Tanja Meissner’s team has also added to its line-up Safy Nebbou’s Bad Seeds (see news), which will finish shooting on May 6.

On the Croisette, Memento will also continue sales for Ursula Meier’s French/Swiss feature L’Enfant d’en Haut (“The Child From Above”, see news), currently in production; and five films in post-production: French/Polish title Elles (formerly entitled Sponsoring) by Malgorzata Szumowska (see news and video interview); Dominik Moll’s French/Spanish film The Monk (see news); Pawel Pawlikowski’s French/UK/Polish co-production The Woman in the Fifth (see news); Pen-Ek Ratanaruang’s Headshot; and So-Yong Kim’s For Ellen.

Standing out in pre-production is Laurent Cantet’s Foxfire (see news), alongside Cate Shortland’s German/Australian/UK co-production Lore.

Finally, Cannes market screenings are planned for Asghar Farhadi’s Berlin Golden Bear winner Nader and Simin, A Separation, Angelo Cianci’s Top Floor Left Wing and Sameh Zoabi’s Man Without a Cell Phone.
