Despite recent rumours, Flanders and Wallony are in close collaboration, as the title is being co-produced by francophone outfit Artémis Productions.

The film carries a total budget of €1.8m, including co-production financing from Dutch outfit Egmond Film and Television, tax shelter funding, and support from Vlaams Audiovisueel Fonds, Vlaamse Gemeenschaps Commissie, television channel VTM, as well as from the Centre du Cinéma et de l’Audiovisuel de la Communauté française (of up to €150,000).

Kinepolis Film Distribution will handle the film’s Belgian release, while negotiations on world sales are currently underway.
